Quickly bowse our Frequently Asked Questions to prepare for your visit to DANK Dispensary. If you don’t find your answer here, please call the store or reach out to an owner at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship?
No, shipping is illegal. Purchases must be made in person at DANK so we can verify age and identification of retail and medical shoppers. In-state and out-of-state shipping is strictly prohibited by the State of Colorado.
Do you deliver?
No, delivery is not yet available. Although it was approved by Denver voters in 2018, the City of Denver and the State of Colorado have not yet released rules guiding delivery. The plan, as we know it, is to allow Medical Dispensary delivery first and follow one year later with Retail delivery. As soon as allowable, DANK will deliver because we think this is an important medical benefit and retail convenience.
What is the maximum I can purchase?
Medical shoppers can purchase the equivalent of 56 grams (2 ounces) with each visit. Learn more about Medical Marijuana for Colorado Residents here. Retail shoppers are allowed 28 grams (1 ounce) per visit per day. Learn more about Retail shopping here.
