Yo, this movie has it all. If you’re looking for an ‘edge of the seat’ thriller staring today’s best comedic actors, then look no further than Seth and Evan’s “This is the End” (2013). Funny, yes. Scary, yes. Unique, yes. It’s an instant classic with hilarious scenes surrounding an apocalyptic scenario where the devil has a six foot penis. You have to see it to believe it.

Stir Crazy
Right from the get-go, Stir Crazy delivers a weed joke that many people never forgot. “Jesus, you cooked half my grass!” Produced by Sidney Poitiet in 1980, it is a wild-funny ride that show’s us what the late 70s were like. After seeing this, you’ll know that Gene Wilder really is crazy and that Richard Pryor is a legend.
Hilarious:
Broad City
Speaking of crazy, Broad City brings to life outrageous adventures in New York as Ilana and Abby make their way in life as millennials in a messed up world. Good luck to them! We think we’d be their favorite Pot Shop, but this was before legalized weed in New York. Like them, we remember the challenges finding and scoring a bag of chronic. We put ourselves in all kinds of weird situations just to score a bag. Thankfully, pot smokers everywhere tend to connect with other pot smokers with kindness. Broad City never disappoints, be prepared to split a gut laughing.
Way Cool:

This mini-series is a spectacle, outstanding we say. Light that joint, pass to the left as you prepare for a Star Wars series that delivers action, adventure, and a view of the past that makes us think about our own origins on earth. Tonight, use your cannabis to transport your mind to a time long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away. Think about that…the Star Wars series happened in the past!
Dystopian:
Life of Men
We like any movie that has cannabis references, but this film proves to be thought-provoking as well as suspenseful and insightful. What will our future be like? Will there be a sickness, or a pandemic that threatens our society? It doesn’t seem so far flung after the Coronavirus Pandemic. If the shit goes down, best have some cannabis seeds ready for germination. Strawberry Cough anyone?
Nature:
Fantastic Fungi
While it’s not a cannabis film, it supports the plant medicine movement with knowledge and wonder. After a bong rip, the time-lapse imagery in this documentary will have you open-jawed and wide-eyed with wonder. This is a must-see film that connects us with nature in ways we didn’t know while proving that plants are intelligent and can actually communicate with each other.
